APPLICANT INFORMATION

WHY DO I USE APPLICATIONS?

Just like a quality education, a trainer looks for a client that is genuinely driven to improve themselves. With only so many hours in the day I look for individuals that are serious about their intentions and aspirations. The road to fitness can be short and smooth but it can also be long and tedious, to persevere neither the trainer nor the client can work alone.

PRIVATE

   This training is generally reserved for people who need to come back from a new or unresolved injury  and athletes. This is typically done at the clients home or at a sport specific location.

GROUP

   Group training is suggested for friends or family who are all working towards their health goals. On top of this being the most cost effective option, working with others allows us to challenge ourselves in a healthy way while pushing all the participants towards a better version of themselves.

COUPLES

   Couples training is great for anyone in a relationship who is looking to build a stronger bond with their significant other while increasing their fitness together.
